The story goes that the couple captured in the infamous WWII kiss picture in Time Square actually didn't know each other, they parted ways after the kiss and went on to live completely separate lives. Somewhere, in a parallel universe, I'd like to believe that they met again, lived a boring but blissful life, and died in each others arms. I don't know if I believe in love at first sight, but I believe in rendezvous.
